o&o studio is an independent design studio based in Milwaukee, WI.
Leah has 15 years of experience in the residential, commercial and hospitality industries. Before returning to Milwaukee in 2018, Leah spent 11 years honing her design eye on various hospitality and luxury residential projects in New York City and Chicago. As an Allied member of the American Society of Interior Designers — Wisconsin, Leah has designed multiple award-winning projects for o&o studio’s senior living and hospitality clients.
Originally from Australia, Peter has over 20 years of experience in visual communication design, having worked for numerous small agencies, the world’s largest design firm’s Chicago office, and with a stint teaching design which took him to New York City via Melbourne, Sydney and London.

A phase of discovery that is designed to set a project up for true success.
Visioning can take multiple forms, but most often is a session where we meet with the client team and, sometimes, an extended group of project stakeholders. We facilitate a series of discussions and exercises designed to gather and understand varied perspectives, and to begin to develop a design story that underpins the ensuing design work.

Development of naming and identity design, and subsequently the expression of a brand across a wide range of print and digital applications including business collateral, books and brochures, advertising and marketing, websites and digital product design.

Development of a cohesive design story that builds on the project vision by creating and curating timeless and expressive spaces.

The areas that brand and interiors most frequently intersect — customized brand expressions that can include wall graphics, murals, dimensional installations and integration of brand into a wide range of interiors elements.
Signage and wayfinding work includes the development of cohesive strategies and systems that provide impact and serve a high level of functionality on a project.
