Situated amongst beautiful rolling hills and acres of farmland, The Legend at Merrill Hills is part of The Legend Clubs — a family of golf clubs in Waukesha County, Wisconsin. Perched on a hill, the existing clubhouse is situated to provide dramatic views onto one of the state’s most challenging courses. Until summer 2022, the building itself looked outdated and was relatively untouched for 30 years.

In addition to a major banquet hall expansion featuring an all-glass facade, the interiors were updated with modern finishes and a neutral color palette. These elements allow the more traditional details of the building to shine alongside views of the natural Lake Country landscape.
